"The apartment was clean spacious and quiet considering how close it is to the station. Communication with Ray and Gareth as hosts was fantastic, and they were so accommodating with an early check in and out time. Would definitely recommend. If I had to make any comments, the mezzanine has a very low ceiling with steep stairs, and for the 4 beds upstairs there is only one plug. Also it's quite hard to be quiet for others as all the rooms are open! (Bar the bathroom). But didn't detract for us as...

"Great location and apartment"

"Had lovely stay very close to my family so that was great and the rooms where great would recommend to anyone to stay here Cheers"

"I can sum up my review in two words, stay away. The entire facility looks rundown and ragged. Our apartment had many things broken, missing, or inoperative. Overhead LED lights not working, faucets loose on the sink, bottom rack of the dishwasher missing, water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom, just to name a few. The bathroom was decent except there were no amenities such as toiletries and no shelf in the shower to store them. Again, the apartment had the look and feel of neglect. The...

"Grand appartement sur 2 étages. Tous les électroménagers fonctionnaient bien. Content d’avoir une laveuse. Près de tout et de la rue Mattheu The Cavern Club. Tesco Express à proximité, facile à pied."

"Very ideal in location"

"This apartment had a great vacation, short walk to the Beatles story, great restaurants, museums, and the Royal Harbor, in the kitchen was a small washing machine for smaller loads of clothes, including a drying rack as well as fans in the closet. This was convenient! There were four breakfast places that were within 50 to 100 yards. It was a wonderful stay and the beds were comfortable. The placed us in a two bedroom unit. The price was wonderful! Thank you so much!"

"Laminate flooring didn’t look as though it had been mopped. Kitchen has all you need to cook a meal but nothing to wash up afterwords or dry what you’ve washed. Had to buy cleaning products to clean the pots I’d used unless I wanted to use all four of the provided knife, forks & plates. Washing machine would be a nice addition too. Advertised as having parking nearby. Closest was £25.00 a night, There was one a 5-10 minute walk away that was only £10 a night on the Ringo app."

"Great location, clean, quiet and spacious. Smoothish check in process. Two weird green lights that stayed on all night in the bedrooms presumably part of fire regs but not conducive to a good sleep. Also no shower curtain in bath/shower which made morning shower tricky."

"Great location"

"I thought the property was fantastic and a great location, the parking was a joke and something they should look at.having to work thier way round and one way system then parking on a double yellow is a bit much.no hot shower for three days in 25 degrees is another thing especially with an 88 year old man who was down for his birthday.lovely place and I would go back, just the details.three coathangers and one was broken and the couch was stained but parking was a bit daft and could be sorted out"
