"This has to be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was so clean, the staff were lovely, and the location is amazing. We really enjoyed having dinner each night in the hotel by the beach. The drinks at the bar were reasonably price and the food was great. It’s also the best location for an amazing sunset on a clear day. I have nothing bad to say, we plan to go back again and again! One point I would make that it’s not really possible to walk into marathon, if you wanted local amenities, it may not be a good fit, but we had everything we needed on site so we stayed in the hotel every evening. "

" My best experience there was the pool area. The rooms were not that great for the price I paid. The carpet seemed dirty and the AC did not work well. The staff was excellent. I was on a family vacation, hoping to get my kids off my back for a few hours;however, they had a game room many of the amenities were broken or did not work.For the price I paid, I expect everything to work well "

"We’ve stayed here a few times & totally enjoy it. It has everything we need. We especially love sitting on the covered patio, overlooking the canal. We had two manatee visitors this stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone! "

"The house was very nice. Loved the beachy decor. The outdoor patio/pool area was awesome. It would be a little close if you had 8 adults as the bedroom with 2 beds had double beds, not Queens. The manatees came by our dock 3 times. It was awesome to see them so close. "

"Room was clean, walls too close to the beds, pool is not heated, breakfast was average, but ran out of several items our last 2 days. There is not a water view as lead to believe from website. Balcony looks out over the parking lot."

"Good location in Marathon with restaurants and shopping nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Decent appliances and comfortable living room furniture. Mattresses need to be replaced. "
