Wycham Place is located in Yonahlossee, a private gated community between Boone and Blowing Rock. Centrally located to the best the High Country has to offer, Wycham Place is an ideal home for a mountain getaway. Downtown Blowing Rock, about five miles away, boasts local shopping, dining, and a large public park. Boone is a short fifteen minute drive and offers access to fantastic restaurants, local shopping, conveniences like gas and groceries, and many different festivals and events. Winter adventure can be found at Appalachian Ski Mountain or Sugar Mountain Resort, both less than 30 minutes away.
Wycham Place is a beautiful three-level townhome featuring two living spaces for guests to gather or spread out to enjoy activities. The main floor living room has wood floors and high vaulted ceilings. The comfortable furniture is situated around the grand stacked stone, wood-burning fireplace. After a day of hiking or skiing, relax by a cozy fire while enjoying a favorite show on the big screen Roku TV. The spacious kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs. The dining room is adjacent to the dining room and leads to the back deck with outdoor dining and a gas grill. Downstairs, a second den houses a large sectional with a queen sleeper sofa. Gather around the card table for family game night, play a friendly game of pool, or watch the big game on the TV. Enjoy your morning coffee on the lower deck while enjoying the fresh mountain air.
This three-level townhome has three bedrooms, with sleeping for eight guests. The top floor suite provides guests with a king bed, TV, and private ensuite. There is a queen sleeper sofa that can accommodate the children in your group. A king suite is located on the main floor with a TV and private ensuite. A third spacious bedroom, located on the lower level, features a king bed, TV, and large Jack-N-Jill bathroom with a double vanities and a step-in shower.
Guests have access to the amenities available at the Yonahlossee Racquet Club. The amenities include the indoor and outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, and heated pool. Courts are available to reserve for a small fee. Please contact the Pro Shop at 828-963-1800 to make court reservations and get more info on hours and availability during the dates you plan to come.

Wycham Place provides Wifi, central heating and air conditioning, washer and dryer, and a main floor powder room. There is a twin rollaway cot that can be used for a child. Pets are not allowed at this home. There is a carport located next to the home the can accommodate one vehicle. Additional parking for a second vehicle is directly in front of the main entrance. AWD or 4WD is recommended for winter travelers.
