"L'appartement est spacieux, bien situé à proximité de la plage et des commerces. Idéal pour gouter aux spécialités locales malgré la fermeture des restaurants. La cuisine est bien aménagée et les hauteurs sous plafonds rendent l'appartement agréable Le ménage à notre arrivée est à parfaire. L'appartement était globalement propre mais un petit effort serait requis pour enlever la poussière sous les meubles (notamment canapé, commodes...) et sur les ventilateurs des plafonds."

"Check in was a bit confusing for us. Immediately prior to arrival an email or text reminder with office address would have helped. The wifi did not work for the 3 days we stayed. The manager said it was working prior, sent a technician who could not immediately remedy the problem. Be aware that this property is managed not by the owner but a management agency. Overall the apartment was as described. It was clean and fairly quiet. It is close to beach restaurants and shops."

"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. I thought climbing the stairs a couple times a day was a great way to work off the calories from all the chocolate croissants and ice cream cones! Florent, the owner,...

"Fantastically updated top floor apartment with three fabulous balconies that have beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. It was spotless, and had everything necessary for a family of five to have the best vacation in Nice! Communication was wonderful, as was the location.
