"The room was in good condition. The removable shower head took a little getting used to. Got sprayed in the face when i turned it on...lol. the staff were in a great mood and very courteous. The heater worked well and looked very new. It was very quiet surprisingly. The refrigerator worked well and was not noisy. It froze my ice packs i use for lunch overnight. Very good stay. I was a little close to the pool and people going in and out was a little noisy but not much after 10pm. All in all its one of my top 5 stays in this area"

"The pre check-in process really helped speed things along when we got to the hotel. The beds were comfortable the room was clean. The only real “complaint” was you could hear the other hotel guests outside of the room and then going in/out of the room next to ours. And the only room “flaw” was the toilet paper was way across from the toilet and my daughter couldn’t reach it. Neither of these things negatively impacted my 5-start rating. Would stay here again. "

"There was some outdoor building maintenance going on and at times the back door was taped off. I parked in the rear for convenience to elevator and room, this is where the work was being done. Staff was helpful and nice. The hotel was very clean, good healthy breakfast (enjoyed having bacon) fresh fruit and the coffee was great! It was very cold the first couple of days and warmed up nicely. My room was always comfortable whether I used the heat or had the ac on! All in all, it was an enjoyable stay! I would definitely stay at this location again! "
