Old hotel, but Hilton. Should not pay more than 125 per night, more than this, doesn't worth what you are paying for. Need an urgently update as is old and outdated. Breakfast is amazing!

This place is a dump! Do not stay here. Hotel in desperate need of updating. Very run down. Worst looking Hilton I have been to in a very long time. Stayed only 1 of 3 nights. Very disappointed. Both managers did not help in any way Leon Hammond & Claudio Fonatan. I suggest staying at the Marriott in Cologne instead.

Der Zustand des Hotelzimmers war sehr enttäuschend: Die Zimmertür sowie Möbel im Zimmer und Bad waren teilweise zerkratzt, das Stuhlleder großflächig abgepellt und das Bettlaken mit kleinen Flecken versehen. Kleine Annehmlichkeiten wie gratis Wasser oder Schreibutensilien waren nicht vorhanden. Eine Hotelbroschüre mit wichtigen Informationen zu Öffnungszeiten der Hoteleinrichtungen war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Der Schwimm- und Saunabereich ist gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Umkleidebereich ist zweckdienlich, könnte jedoch modernisiert werden. Ikea Wäschekörbe verliehen hier jedoch nicht den Flair, der von der Hilton Kette erwartet wurde. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war sehr umfangreich und hat die Erwartungen gänzlich erfüllt und kann weiterempfohlen werden. Das Personal im Frühstückssaal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach einer Renovierung würden wir das Hotel für einen Wochenendausflug erneut buchen. Bis dahin ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmig.

Das schönste am Zimmer für mich war die Bodenheizung im Badezimmer. Kleiner,aber ansprechender Wellnessbereich. Richtig viel Spaß gemacht hat der Aqua-Fitnesskurs.Zimmern146 zur Straße hin war morgens etwas laut.

Insgesamt zufrieden

Wir hatten für unsere beiden Enkel und uns ein Familienzimmer (2 verbundene Zimmer) gebucht. Die Zimmer lagen zur Straße, bei geschlossenem Fenster war es aber ausreichend ruhig. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber, der Teppich allerdings schon etwas fleckig. Die tägliche Reinigung war gut, nur wurde mehrfach vergessen, die Gläser und Kaffeetassen zu reinigen und den Kaffee nachzufüllen. Auf Nachfrage wurde dies dann aber umgehend nachgeholt. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und vielfältig. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, das Auto kann in der recht teuren Garage bleiben. Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden.

Not the best- Nice service, A/C not working

A/C not cooling. Shower flooded the floor, also we were offered an extra bed or bigger bed for our daughter, in the end it was a normal "king" sized bed. Service was excellent by the cleaning ladies.
