"We recently stayed at Chogogo and had a pleasant overall experience. When we arrived around 5:00 PM, there was no one available to assist us with our luggages, so we had to bring everything to our room ourselves, a bit challenging with our 2 little ones. However, the front desk staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.
One thing that surprised us was the bedding, we weren’t aware that only bed sheets were provided by default. We had to request blankets, and once we asked, the staff were happy to provide them. It might be helpful if this information were explained during check-in or if blankets were available in the room from the start.
Also no tissues in the bathroom and only cloth kitchen towels, no paper towels.
Overall, the property was enjoyable, and the excellent service from the front desk made a positive impression. With a few small improvements, the guest experience could be even better."
