"We looked for the property and the only place that looked similar was in a remote area which was gated and locked up with large dogs. We called the property number several times with no answer I also tried to contact Expedia with no response. This place is a scam and I would like a refund. "

"My stay was good, the resort was clean and the rooms were very spacious and clean as well. The only worth noting during my stay is the customer service I got, or the lack thereof, from bar by the beach. The kids working there were racist, in my opinion. They weren't very helpful. Normally when you go in a restaurant or bar, you will be asked)offered water or anything to drink. Whenever I went there, they didn't even come to give me the menu. I had to call them not once, but multiple times, to give me a menu. And takes another set of forever to get my order, to bring me my order. And there were times that I wanted a smoothie while I was eating, they didn't even come to take my order. I had to call them 3x to put in the order. The girls there weren't nice at all. When I called for their attention to ask for something, they just looked at me and looked away. And I saw them do the same thing to another customer who wasn't white, I'm Asian btw. I didn't like my experience there. This is a resort whose guests are mainly tourists from different countries, they should treat everyone equally regardless of their race. I was really disappointed."
