"We arrived in Rotterdam on one of the hottest days in Europe. The reception was very friendly and even in the heat they were real troopers. (Note: No air conditioning in the lobby but really good air in the rooms). The hotel is right next to the cruise terminal and very handy if you are catching a cruise ship."

"Stayed for two nights in a double room with AC. The room was quite spacious and clean, with a nespersso coffee machine and a kettle. A small fridge would have been nice to have. Location was fantastic. Our room had a window onto the square which was quite lively at night, but with the AC on we could close the windows so it wasn't bad. There is a supermarket close by and was about a 10 kin walk from the train station. Beautiful city 💙"

"The gentleman at the desk the evening we checked in was great. The lady the next morning was not so friendly or helpful. Breakfast was minimal, cold and picked over. Location is good, second floor deck is nice, note property does not have a lift."
