"The room was in good condition, although the glasses were dirty and the bathroom is tiny. The door prevents two people from using the bathroom at the same time. The afternoon we arrived, both the internet and the TV stopped working. When we mentioned it to the front desk the next day, they told us they were already aware of the issue and would try to fix it (they didn’t bother to let the guests know there were service problems). Also, the restaurant was closed (they never explained why), and...

"We got an Upgrade thought it was nice the view was good. The room was very out dated and the bed was terrible to sleep on. As well as the bathroom the whole time had a sulphate smell. The beach was lovely tho. "

"When the gate opened to go into the property our jaws dropped. GORGEOUS VIEW!!! Can’t describe with words. Pool, umbrellas , lawn chairs, up on the mountain with a million dollar view of the beaches down below. Marie, the Best!!! Great food, great service, comfy rooms. We’re grateful to have had the opportunity to be there. "

"We stayed in the Royal Suite which was very clean snd spacious with a wonderful large balcony. The swimming pool and outdoor spaces were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was fine, although the hot choices were very limited. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the centre of Coimbra in a nice quiet area. We would definitely stay here again."
