"They come for the room service every other day. And even that was not prompt as we had to remind/ask about the room service a couple of times. They never check the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel during the room service. These are the number of times we had to talk to the front desk.
- phone was not working and could not connect to the front desk. walked to the front desk to inform it.
- there was a leak in the toilet tank, and we had to adjust our timings with the repair guy a couple of times.
- Shampoo and Conditioner was empty, informed the front desk, but only was filled during the room service schedule.
- During the room service the next time, the shower gel was almost empty and expected them to fill up, but was not done.
- No extra bath tissue provided, so had to get it from the front desk
- Since there was a leak on the toiler pot for the first couple days, we had to use the towel on the floor and get more towels (only hand towels) from the front desk.
- The alternate day of room service fell on the day before the check-out day, so they did not come as per the schedule (because they had to do the room service on the next day after we check-out for the next customer right?). We ended up calling them a couple times and they just replaced the bed sheets late in the evening.
Good things: whatever facilities they had was useful. Free breakfast, small gym room, water filling station, ice dispenser."
