"Through my work as an airline pilot, I am very lucky to stay in some very high-end hotels, which are usually five star. Although this hostel is certainly not five star, the welcome I received and the friendliness of the staff was simply amazing. Thank you for making me feel at home.!

"Fantastic stay! Absolutely recommend for a quiet, serene stay in the mountains of Andorra. The staff was attentive, recalled small details, and the spa access was a bonus and blessing that was a huge perk. Highly recommend."
"The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We ate in the Italian restaurant on the first night and the buffet restaurant the second. Both were very good, with the buffet in particular represented good value for so much choice.
The location is excellent for walkers in the summer and skiers in the winter as several runs end at the hotel and the cable car is a one minute walk away.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.
There were live singers in the lounge one evening which was fun and added to our enjoyment
It wasn’t clear when we booked that there is a charge of €17 per person per day to use the pool and gym, which was very disappointing and very expensive for a family of 5 to have a quick swim before dinner, so we didn’t bother.
This should have been made clear before booking.
We had a lovely stay and I’d recommend staying here."
"Booking and checking processes were very straightforward. Check in appeared to be between 17.00 and 19.00, so it was quite narrow time window, but I maanaged to make it during that time slot. Receptionist appeared to be very nice and helpful. Though, ability to understand and communicate in French is required. At the checkout reception presented to be closed, and keys were to be returned to the box outside the reception.
The apartment presented to be well equipped and clean. Kitchen block had everything needed to prepare meals, store food and presented to be in working order. Bathroom and toilet presented to be clean and in working order too. Towels and bed linen were provided. Bedroom and living room were quite decent to have a good sleep. Though. mattress in the living room could have been more comfortable.
Overall experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend it as a good base for anyone looking for accommodation in this area."
"Such a beautiful, calm and functional hotel. Well designed and in an excellent location. The swimming pool is perfect and we loved the parking space system. A simple phone call to lift the barrier. Very helpful staff and good WiFi. Highly recommend it."
"Slope access was excellent ski in ski out. Receptionist was Brill and sorted out an issue upon arrival with great skill. It's quite a steep walk up and down to shops and bars so be prepared for that."
