"Room was TINY. Smelt of toilets and woken by multiple church bells at 5 am. No staff at breakfast time. Cereal and toast. Wouldn’t stay here again. Not worth the money."

"Really convenient location in the South Terminal. Plenty of food options on site (I believe 3 different restaurants). Breakfast was really good, lots of selection and very fresh. The signage from the terminal to the hotel could be better. We had to ask for directions a couple of times, but eventually found our way. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Would 100% stay again."

"The hotel staff were kind and accommodating! The hotel decor was questionable. The elevator (lift) was tiny, the halls are very dark and narrow! The room was clean, however there were several dead bugs (bees) on the window sill. We did not eat there so I can comment on the food! Transportation to and from the airport is 5 GBP per person each way! Bus was close to schedule but rarely on time. I think that the next time we visit London we’ll stay in London instead of Gatwick."

"A great location on our way to Brighton. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The evening meals and breakfast were both delicious with great presentation. A lovely setting. It was an incredibly hot night and a fan aided sleep. Would definitely return."

"Clean facilities, good AC. Ideal location on bus route. Meals were good, dinner and breakfast. Monica was very helpful. We travelled on to take a cruise and was able to store items until we returned."
