"Excellent customer service. The staff was helpful and friendly. The guys from the Roof Top Restaurant at the hotel were very nice. The Manager Ulises went the extra mile. He help me locate my Suitcase because my suitcase came 24 hours. They were checking on me because I went to a 4 days excursion and stay longer. I apppreciate everything.     "property is like new. my room small and no desk. I asked and got a table and chair. Restaurant food was prepaired at the order time and excellent. Night view of the city lights added to the experience. Staff and restaurant staff friendly. The area of city center is run down which predominates La Paz but the hotel makes up for it."
