I don’t normally leave reviews but I considered this was a hidden gem in San andres, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were superb. This is an incredible location slightly far from the city but that’s is the entire point you feel disconnected relax a fantastic place. I highly recommend I traveled with my entire family and they all loved it as well. Worth every penny

I thought was a great hotel and the food was fantastic especially the polpette( meatballs). The only issue I had was I thought room services and the restaurant closed too soon and maybe more things to choose for room service.

We used the complementary wi-fi with great connection. The breakfasts were great, we had French toast with fresh fruit, coffee and juice one morning and a breakfast burrito the next. Si quieres estar en piscina, comer rico, oir buena música y disfrutar incluso conociendo personas de otros países es el hotel adecuado para ti. El personas es super amable, las camas son bastante cómodas y en general todo el hotel cuenta con unas muy buenas instalaciones. Lo mejor es que queda a 2 cuadras de la playa.
Si quieres estar en piscina, comer rico, oir buena música y disfrutar incluso conociendo personas de otros países es el hotel adecuado para ti. Great customer service, dinner is always a delight. The daily shuttle service to the north side of thw island is a huge plus. The hotel is located in a very quiet area and far from the city. Cesar is always helpful as well as all the staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Cocoplum. This was our first trip to San Andres. I can’t say enough about Cocoplum’s amazing staff, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. They were so welcoming, courteous and helpful. They coordinated our transportation, island tours and made sure we got the most of our trip. Cocoplum’s beach was only a few steps from our room it was so relaxing and clean. We’ll be returning to visit our friends at Cocoplum!!
