A 20-minute drive from Lerici and San Terenzo. Only 20 km from the beautiful villages of Lunigiana including Bagnone, Villafranca, Pontremoli.
The space
The house is complete with everything.
The kitchen is well stocked with induction cookware, cutlery, glasses, dishwasher, coffee pod and mocha machine, microwave, toaster, and TV.
The bathroom has towels and a hair dryer.
The closet has a clothesline, ironing board, iron, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher in addition to the washing machine.
The bedroom has sheets, pillows with pillowcases, bedspread, hot/cold air conditioner, and TV.
The nursery is equipped with a desk where a computer can be placed to work and two single beds complete with pillows with pillowcase, sheets and bedspread.
Access for guests
Guests have access to the entire apartment and the terrace where you can have lunch or dinner, or just relax lying on a deck chair.

We pay close attention to the needs of our guests, trying to offer the maximum for a completely relaxing stay. It is an ideal home for families with children thanks to the ample square footage that allows for large spaces available including the terrace, and also thanks to the 55-inch Smart TV equipped with a Netflix subscription where you can comfortably watch children's animated movies or latest releases that the platform makes available.
