Luxury Beach House 'Muse' near the beach on the island of Brac - Bol

The luxurious Beach House Muse is located on the eastern side of Bol on the island of Brač. When you arrive in Bol, drive east, pass by the Mala Kate church, and turn onto the dirt road that leads to the natural coves of eastern Bol. After about a 15-minute drive, you will reach the Beach House Muse estate with its large red gates. The estate extends to the crystal-clear sea and a beautiful pebble beach, 100 meters away, while the center of Bol is 5 km away.

The large terrace offers a stunning view of the Adriatic Sea and is equipped with seating, loungers, and a sunshade. Under a nearby mulberry tree, there is a dining table and a barbecue. Through large glass walls, you enter the open ground floor space with a modern kitchen and living room.

The kitchen with an island is fully equipped and has four bar stools. On the gallery, there is a queen-size bed, a work desk, and an LCD TV with Netflix. Beach House Muse uses solar energy and rainwater for washing and showering. The villa is fully air-conditioned with two air conditioners and wireless internet via modem. The TV provides access to Netflix and YouTube but does not have terrestrial or satellite programs.

The kitchen includes two under-counter refrigerators with freezers, a microwave, a gas stove with four burners, a modern extractor hood, an oven, a coffee machine, a Miele dishwasher, a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, a folding drying rack, a hairdryer, a barbecue, and a kettle. An iron is not allowed due to the solar system.

Visitors must be careful when using electricity - air conditioners should not be running when doors or sliding walls are open and should be turned off when not in the house. In this secluded house by the sea, you can enjoy the peace and the beautiful estate with grapevines and olive trees. The access road is gravel, and guests have a free parking space.
