"The hotel has a very grounded feel that is warm and inviting. The rooms are well appointed with the right colors and textures that create a comfortable, yet luxurious atmosphere. The staff is extremely helpful and the valets have great hustle. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone considering visiting downtown Boise!"

"Staff is great. Unbeatable breakfast. Pools are nice but hot tub leaves a lot to be desired in size and cleanliness. Multiple issues with sinks/bath/electrical (sink didn’t drain, constant overhead light flickering) we had to call maintenance about. They were very responsive but I didn’t get the sense that they were checking things proactively or reporting issues internally as they came up. Great location along the river greenway."

"Very nice, hard-working staff. Room was quiet and clean with good bedding. Courtesy airport pick-up for the property would not transport us because the hotel was overdue in paying their bill. At after 11pm, we had to call and then wait for two Ubers (first one cancelled). We were out of pocket $10 and delayed by nearly an hour. After 22 hours flying. There was no soap in our room. We were at breakfast about 7 am. Most of the breakfast items were missing; the only hot food was waffles with rock hard butter and cold syrup. The hot water wasn't hot enough to make tea or oatmeal. There were no coffee cups left, or forks. The only pastry available was some sliced bread and tasteless muffins. There was no cereal, empty serving trays, empty containers, empty crockpot. The refrigerator had cream cheese, butter and some yogurt. There were a total of three apples in the three bowls. The TV was missing, with cords hanging out of the wall. I wondered if it was broken or stolen. There was an artificial Christmas flower arrangement on the display wall of the dining room. In May. The staff deserve medals. They had ONE person working the desk, manning the breakfast room, doing maintenance, and cleaning. He was professional, polite and cheerful. Everyone was complaining to him. Same goes for the night desk clerk (patient and helpful}.and the room cleaners. They are obviously given little material or managerial support, but they're doing an amazing job. We won't stay again."
