"Great hotel, nice and clean, really close to the airport. Air conditioner worked fine, Wi-Fi good, the cable TV guide was very useful, the staff were very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was always hot and ready to go on time. Rooms are good size and layout was nice. Really enjoyed the stay, highly recommend it for anyone looking for a good deal."

"Awesome facilities and staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. Two of my favorite restaurants on property, Ling & Louie’s and Bardenay! If you want a resort feel hotel this is your place. Bring your swimsuit. The pools and hot tub are great! This is how my go to place to stay in Boise."

"I made a reservation at the Comfort Suites at the Boise Vista Avenue location. Since we were going to stay with our dogs I checked their website to see if they allow dogs. Their website purported that they were "Pet Friendly." (See attached note from website) When I arrived at the hotel to check in the person working the desk would not allow us to check in due to dogs being allowed by hotel policy. In fact the person at the desk refused to refund my payment. This person was rude to me and unwilling to hear my concern. This is a warning to all pet lovers, avoid the Comfort Inn on Vista Avenue in Boise Idaho. Pets Allowed. The pet accommodation is 15.00 USD per night. Maximum of 80 pounds and maximum of 2 pets per room. Service animals are permitted, without charge.""

"Soon after coming into the room I had to use the bathroom. I noticed there was pee splatter on the rim and other odd substance. I cleaned it off before using it. My toddler was with me and while he opened the drawer he pulled out a facial razor out that someone else had left behind, very dangerous! The pillows smelled very bad like sweat. Then as we prepared to sleep with the AC on… the AC did not in fact work so we had to open the window and just heard loud freeway traffic all night. I’ll pay the extra money next time and get a better place to stay."
