"I was disappointed with the room we were given. The carpet was torn and there were carpeting nails exposed. There also wasn’t a good seal to the toilet so it continuously ran. It didn’t seem like the motel was full so I was surprised we received a rundown room. "

"Check-in was late, the room door required assistance to open it as it was in terrible shape, no reliable hot water ( ran for five minutes to get somewhat warm. The bed was comfortable and after the TV was rebooted, it worked well. No room cleaning during the stay. Front desk staff were friendly and supportive."

"I was hoping for continental breakfast. But they don't offer that. The room also didn't have eating utensils or plates, so the kitchenette was useless. The large fridge was nice."

"PTAC was very dirty I had to clean out the filters, the cover and the vent. You can feel the springs in the bed. The bath tub needs to be recaulked. It’s moldy. Breakfast was great. Parking was great. Staff were great."

"The Hotel was really clean and nice. The breakfast was great! We actually had an issue with our original room and they switched our room for us with a kind smile! The only reason I give this hotel a 3 star review is because the walls are paper thin. At 4am our Neigbor started talking on the phone and we could hear literally every word. And the man wasn’t yelling. He actually sounded like he was using a normal talking voice. It woke us up. Luckily I had some ear plugs that my husband and I started using and we were able to fall back asleep. The rest of the hotel experience was really quite lovely, but since most people go to hotels to sleep I felt like I needed to give this hotel a lower review."

"I love the sauna! This is my critique every time we stay here - the hot tub needs to be cleaned more often. And please bring back the omelets."
