"We had the beach front room, amazing to wake up to that view. Only problem was the noises from the upstairs room and also next door, we could hear a lot. The amenities are great, total 5 star hotel like. Staff are absolutely amazing, starting with the executive chef and continuing to literally everyone else who works here. The beautiful smile and kindness of Tayo (concierge receiving you at the main entrance) are details that make the difference. Mauritians are lovely people. We had the bonus of “extend” our stay by staying in “the lounge”, this was instead of a late check in. This lounge was absolutely perfect. The only 2 downsides I have to mention: check-in process is too slow, I understand they try to give you an elevated experience, but when you have been traveling for long hours you just want to get into your room asap. The other thing is the dress code for the restaurants, I have never been to a hotel where there were rules regarding what to wear, specially when paying the price you pay to stay here - I truly missed that freedom and felt a bit uncomfortable to have to “pretend”. Other than that, the hotel is amazing, well maintained, nicely located and staff is great!"

"Perfect stay for a large group! We had 3 families (total of 5 adults and 4 kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone! The home has lots of amazing window views of the sea. We were very pleased that even with such large windows the home is very quiet at night for sleeping. We were able to sit on the balconies and pool area and enjoy the view but not have to worry about waking up the kids because the windows are very soundproof. Nothing better than sitting on the deck and listening to the crashing waves!"
