"We used this property after a two week trip around France and western Germany for a one night stop before hitting Cite Europe in Calais. We were very pleasantly surprised at its convenience. We did stay on a Sunday which of course means that a lot of restaurants are closed, however the staff recommended a local establishment in the adjacent retail park called Lencart which is a make your own pizza and pasta place. Room and en-suite were spotlessly clean and breakfast was a lovely spread of local produce. Really nice stay and very recommended. We will go back for sure............."

"Staff were able to get me checked in early graciously and were able to store my luggage. Breakfast does consist of cold food like fruit, yogurt as well as eggs, sausages, bread, croissants, spreads. Coffee and juices as well. Minimal but enough."

"This hotel is in a prime spot in Arras. One of the oldest properties in the town and right on Grand Place, it is 15 minutes walk from the train station with lots of restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly to my emails. It is an old hotel in an old building so the range of amenities is not wide but it does have a lovely courtyard, perfect for a coffee or something stronger if you prefer. "First time with B&B hotels. This modern inexpensive chain of hotels works well for family holiday stopovers. All night checkin straightforward via terminal in reception . Breakfast next day reasonably priced filling and healthy. Rooms clean and cool in the summer heatwave. Nothing bad to say about our stay. Staying at another B&B the following night and will be making more bookings in future ."
