"Excelente alojamiento"

"Room was okayish but quite some things need maintenance. The bathroom tiles had mold, there was a brown stain alongside the glass on the floor of the shower, no warm water available. The dryer didn’t work. In the room the fan is very loud but there is AC which made it okay, the light bulbs of the side lamps aren’t complete, some work others don’t. There’s a TV but you can’t turn it on as the remotes don’t work, I informed reception and the lady told me she would send someone to exchange them, I...

"The best option if you’re traveling to Jarabacoa. Claudio, the property manager is the most amazing person you will ever meet. He will go about and beyond for anything you need. The property was super clean, extremely peaceful and beautiful. Wow will definitely be back with the whole family. Claudio made our experience much better. They do let you know that a 4x4 vehicle is needed so keep that in mind. Other than that this is the best place to stay."

"Fue una de las experiencias de glamping mejores vividas en mi vida, Volveria sin lugar a dudas, esto es un lugar magico!"

"It was ok needs updating"

"Excellent!"

"Excelente experiencia. Todo estuvo muy bien cuidado, limpio y bonito. El servicio fue excelente desde el principio, y el personal siempre se mostró muy amable, atento y agradable. El internet funcionó muy bien, el desayuno estuvo delicioso y, en general, todo estuvo muy organizado y cómodo. Se nota el esfuerzo por brindar una buena atención y hacer que los huéspedes se sientan bien recibidos. Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy agradable y recomendaría este lugar. ¡Espero volver pronto!"

"Cathy was the best host, she was very kind and always open to support in everything we might need. The bungalow is beautiful, nicely decorated and the concept of the property overall is just amazing, surrounded by nature, birds and clean air. I highly recommend to stay here you will definitely not regret. Thank you so much for everything Cathy!"

"0/10. Didn’t receive any check-in info from the host, the address listed is incorrect and the phone seems to not be in service. I was ultimately unable to find and stay at the property. There is also a no money back policy. Spent over an hour on the phone with expedia and they weren’t able to get a hold of the property owner either or get additional info from them. Expedia and I were able to work something out, appreciate their efforts. Steer clear of this one though."
