Inone Mucho was perfect for our 5-day stay. It's clean, modern, and accessible to multiple places in bodrum. Staff are amazing. Farida, our help desk staff, was amazing and sweet. Breakfast is awesome and has multiple options. The thing I liked the most was the access to a private beach and the location.

The pool and beach club area are very cool. Great music, great vibes. The buffet breakfast was terrible in my opinion. Staff was good room was good, although not terribly clean. (there were hairballs behind the table). Also, there was no Wi-Fi for the last two days. Asli is amazing!!

We had issues with our check in (the card key reader was not working and we had to wait about an hour for the staff to find a physical key). Our bathroom was very dirty (sand all over the floor, dirty towel left behind) and there was an unpleasant smell, but otherwise the room was fine. Also, on our first night, the hotel held a modeling/beauty pageant and they played very loud music starting from 11:30pm until 2am. We were told earlier that it would end at 12pm. Room service was not available during that time because the entire staff was busy with this pageant. However, the staff is very nice and the general atmosphere of the hotel is very chill. The pier off of the beach is beautiful. The food was also quite good. Overall a nice stay, would have just liked a heads up that they were going to hold a loud pageant on our first night so that we knew what we were getting into.

I booked as an Expedia Platinum VIP guest and got zero recognition. No upgrade, no perks. Pier shown in photos required reservations, which feels like false advertising. The beach was with dogs swimming alongside guests. Everything is overpriced for the ppl quality, but takes 1hr to get anything. I wanted to check out after 1 night of a 7-night stay, but they didn’t want to return money, so I had to stay and my vacation was not as nice as should be…

I booked for 3 nights. My expectations was high I thought will see the hotel and thr rooms same in the pictures. I arrived and the room was a nightmare. Dirty. Blanket has bugs. The door has a problem and doesn’t open easily so they gave us a key instead. The air conditioner was not working and It was so hot. I called to fix it. They fixed it but it got freezing. The remote control wasn’t working to change the temperature. So we spend the whole night freezing wearing jacket. The back yard door wasn’t able to lock. It’s not safe at all. We went to see the pool at nigt and guys were siting around. After that night I did an early check out. I asked them kindly for a refund the offered me an alternative room which the problem is not just the room. It’s the whole hotel. And then they said we will work on it for the refund. I contacted them today they said we will not issue any refund for you. Bad and rude customer service. It’s 2 star hotel. Not worth every penny. Don’t go there!!!

My sister and I booked this hotel 6 months prior to our reservation. We requested a sea view room, and paid extra for it. When we arrived at the hotel, they gave us a room facing the wall. The lock on the door did not work properly. I went to the reception and said this is absolutely unacceptable, especially because I paid extra for a sea view room, and we booked this 6 months in advance. They said the hotel was fully booked, and they could not change our room for the day. I asked the reception if they could give me a partial refund for the day that we didn’t have the sea view room, and they insisted that the next day they will give us an “upgraded” room. The next day, we moved our luggage to the “upgraded” room which was facing the pool, still not a sea view. Please do not pay extra for the sea view room, because you will not get it. The next morning, there was no water coming out of the bathroom sink in this “upgraded” room. Underneath the bed was extremely dusty, and had rose pedals all on the floor. The final day we stayed there, no one came to clean our room nor give us fresh towels. It is unfortunate that I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum because we did not have the best experience. We came here to rest and relax, but instead, we spent most of the time dealing with reception about everything that was wrong with our stay.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage, sehr schöner Strand. Das Frühstück war leider nicht so toll. Am ersten Tag gab es ein gutes Buffet mit Auswahl. Ab dem zweiten Tag leider nicht mehr Da bekam man jeden Tag das gleiche auf den Tisch gestellt. Nach einer Woche hatten wir keine Lust mehr darauf. Die Bettdecken waren leider nur große Handtücher und entsprechend dünn. Bei nachts unter zehn Grad Außentemperatur hat das leider dazu geführt, dass ich jede Nacht gefroren habe. Auf Nachfrage nach einer richtigen Decke an der Rezeption gab es ein zweites Handtuch, was auch nicht viel geholfen hat. Am letzten Abend lag dann eine richtige Decke auf dem Bett. Das hat mich geärgert. Am ersten Abend hatte ich danach gefragt, angeblich gab es soetwas nicht. Ich musste 6 Nächte frieren und dann plötzlich ging es doch. Technische Probleme in der Dusche sind auch vorhanden. Wasserdruck und Temperatur schwanken extrem. Verbrühungsgefahr, zumindest wenn das Wasser dann mal endlich warm ist. Das Hotel ist schön, ich empfehle es auch weiter, aber an manchen Stellen hakt es.

Generelt sett vi likte oppholdet vårt. Fin rom, fin balkong. Lett å komme seg til byen . Flott plassering på hotellet . Veldig vakker strand og god frokost men servitører på frokosten var arrogante og late. Man spør for en kopp te, så kommer dem med kaffe i beste fall, i værste fall ignorerer dem deg i det hele tatt. Det som var absolutt uakseptabelt er dusj på rommet. De penger man betaler for oppholdet forventer man at man kan dusje i noe minutter om dagen. Vannet var iskald og varmt om hverandre hele tiden. Ikke greit i det hele tatt. Flott konsept på hotellet, vakker området, fine rom og pen Strand , men det mangler en god sjef som kan organiserer ansatte. Personalet kan være flinkere å rydde avføring fra katter og hunder på strandet. Virker som ingen av dem bryr seg om det. Lukter sterkt.
