"The room was OK not superior"

"Clean room and en suite. Comfortable bed. Room was warm. Heating controls easy to use. Hotel ideally situated. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lovely lounge area. A bar would be nice. However, there are plenty close by and good eateries. "

"The hotel is a good location, just 10min walk from Royal Albert Dock. The town is also not far if you don't mind a slightly longer walk or just a 5min taxi The rooms are extremely clean and well kept. The hotel was fresh and tidy. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was nice with a good choice on offer at the buffet. Dinner is available however we didn't eat dinner at the hotel. Plenty of free parking which was a massive selling point to us."
