"Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Leider war es für uns sehr enttäuschend, dass wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht hatten, der Balkon jedoch abgeschlossen war und das Personal keinen Schlüssel hatte. Dadurch konnten wir den gebuchten Balkon während unseres Aufenthalts nicht nutzen."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Premier Inn Heilbronn. The hotel is in a great central location, with everything in the city center within easy walking distance. The parking garage is right next door, which makes arrival and departure very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Heilbronn. Highly recommended!"
