"Cosa mi è piaciuto: personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile, camere pulite, moderne e ben arredate. Struttura molto bella che unisce il moderno allo stile montagna e family hotel. Cosa non mi è piaciuto: ristorante, cibo mediocre non da quattro stelle. Altra cosa che non ho apprezzato è la musica ad alto volume sulla terrazza dell’hotel per l`aperitivo delle 19:00. Mi spiace ma era veramente fuori luogo per un hotel di montagna dove la gente cerca pace e silenzio - in generale non se ne può...

Its location is excellent, situated right beside Zermatt Central station, making it convenient for travel and close to shopping streets. The Luxury Suite Ground Floor was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a washer, dryer, and kitchen, allowing for comfortable and independent living during the stay."

"Very charming and cozy hotel. Beautiful views of Zermatt and the mountains. Within walking distance to the Main Street. Hotel service overall was amazing and they will pick you up from train station in their shuttle. Their breakfast is very good and we also had a fantastic dinner in the hotel restaurant which has many delicious options."
