"Excellent hotel!!!! This was my first time staying at this hotel and I would DEFINITELY stay again and recommend! Every staff member I interacted with was friendly. The bartender was even kind enough to still let me get a drink with my ticket even though I had the end time way wrong! My husband and I got a king suite and it was great! It was an added bonus to have two tvs where I could watch what I wanted and he could play his Nintendo switch games! I only have 2 negatives which are 1. the drain in the shower was extremely slow. Each time I showered the water got high enough to pretty much cover my feet. I was worried that the water would spill out on the floor. My husband and I also had to wait a long time for the water to drain before the next person showered. If not, the water would for sure run out onto the bathroom floor. And 2, which is somewhat minor, the elevators are placed in a bit of a usual place away from the front desk. Not only was it a bit of a walk to get to with all of our luggages but you have to walk pass the dining/reception area, and the elevators are glass so everyone can see you when you go to the elevators as well as when you’re inside the elevators."
