"We loved our stay at Caye Casa! Beach views from the front porch and a pool right next to the room. It was lovely and both areas provided nice cool escapes from the heat. The staff is wonderful and went above and beyond. My husband left something in the room and they water-taxi'd it over to us immediately. Very relaxing, comfortable and close to everything. I highly recommend!"

"The staff were very friendly and were helpful and were great to answer any question you needed answered. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed if you went to the market to make a lunch . Very nice balcony to sit on and enjoy the ocean view while haveing a coffee. Very close to walk to many restaurants and shops ."

"Beautiful property. You feel like you're away from the busy city. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Sargassum can be an issue but they cleared the beach quickly and often. No fishy smell compared to other resorts. Tropical Al's had delicious drinks. We didnt sit down to eat at Pineapples but got take out to eat on the beach. Food was great. We would definitely book there again. "

"Incredible property that hosted 11 adults in our family. Location was great, close to food shopping, restaurants, activities. Pool was lovely but no noodles or other flotation toys. Some critiques were that the house was not well stocked such as no shampoo/conditioner, limited on kitchen trash bags, no basic kitchen cooking staples like plastic wrap, foil, salt and pepper, lighter, no laundry detergent, no ice maker. Kitchen does have a lot of dishware and cookware - almost too much- not well organized. No working batteries in the smoke detectors was a problem. We had an issue with the gas stove (tank was low). Most problems were minor but Tammy, Sergio, and Armando were very helpful. Sergio was soooo helpful especially with coordinating trips to the airport. Tammy was great in helping with the activities of snorkeling and fishing - right from the private pier. No real beach and mornings were smelly because of the algae. All in all an excellent place to stay and we all enjoyed the 5 nights there!"
