"The staff did not believe I was disabled. Even though I booked an accessible room, they did not want to give it to me. Bathroom had a smell that I could not get rid of. Shower would not drain. I will not be staying here again."

"Nasty. We left and went to another hotel. Gaps in the door, reeked of smoke, blood on the walls, counters not wiped. We reeked of smoke after sitting in there for only 7-8 minutes."
