"The place was clearly dated, but everything was in working order and everything was clean (aside from old stains in the carpet). For the price, this was the best place we have stayed in. Of course we have stayed in a lot nicer places, but we also paid a lot more for them. Wd felt safe here and they had a decent breakfast. The location was close to gas stations and food so it was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again the next time we plan to do another WI river float trip."

"We love staying here when visiting our daughter at UW Platteville. The facility is very clean and peaceful. The price always stays the same even when there are big events at the college and other local hotels raise their prices."

"This place was excellent for a peaceful long weekend getaway. Beautiful, serene, and majestic in so many ways. You're tucked away in a valley where maybe one or two cars pass by each day: gorgeous landscape during the day, and a soundscape of crickets and frogs at night. The house has everything you need inside.The owners were very communicative throughout our stay.One standout feature: the three season porch is unique and amazing. It literally opens up, turning the living room, dining area, kitchen, and porch into one big open, spacious space.Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway."

"What a nice surprise in Spring Green! The property is clean, well maintained and has wonderfully friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Daniela was awesome and gave us many suggestions for enjoying our time in the area. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed one of the best nights of sleep we’ve had in quite a while."
