Book a stay between December 11 and January 31 and enjoy your 3rd night free when you book 2 consecutive nights or more. Discount will be applied manually after booking confirmation or reflected in a special offer if you inquire first. Valid only for new reservations during the promotional window. Offer subject to availability and not valid on holiday dates of December 18 - January 3 or January 15 - 19. Cannot be combined with other discounts. Please note: if a 3rd night is not available within the stay, the free night cannot be applied.

Combining rustic charm with modern comforts, this 5-bedroom retreat is your basecamp for adventure and your sanctuary for rest.



Just 15 minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge, Casa Rustica offers easy access to:

Getting Around:

Paved roads and accessible driveway (2WD is fine year-round)

Parking for up to 4 vehicles

No RVs, trailers, or boats allowed due to driveway and community restrictions

Limited rideshare services—personal vehicle strongly recommended



Other Things to Note:

Up to 4 house-trained dogs (18 months or older) welcome

$75 pet fee per dog, billed separately after booking

Dogs must be crated when left alone and kept off all furniture

Guests must pick up after pets in the yard

Firewood delivery available—please inquire to add this service

WiFi provided, but speeds may fluctuate in the mountains

The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay

Perfect Getaway

The property was beautiful with very picturesque views. The house is plenty big to host the largest of families. The floor plan allowed for all family members to have their separate space and was pet friendly. Everything worked, it was spotless and the common areas were large enough for the whole family. We will be a definite repeat customer.
