"Staff were amazing. Kind and considerate and gave us everything we needed. Property was very clean. If I was to be picky, only thing not-clean-ish was carpet in room which could use some cleaning. But otherwise would definitely stay again."

"A nice hotel to stay for a Cooperstown trip. Breakfast was very good. Front desk staff was friendly and happy to trade pins with my son. Easy walk thru building to downtown. Would stay again if I ever had a reason to be back in Oneonta area. Parking was good. Nice sized outdoor spaces."

"Enter as guest and leave as friends is a Motto that Matt puts on the front door for his bed and breakfast. It is true to its word as I met the owner and other friendly people staying there and it feels now like I have known them all my life. It was a great stay and I would recommend it to others."
