"The emphasis on keeping the facility has diminished over the years. For example, there was trash on the floor of the elevator when we checked in. It was still there 2 days latter. Our room door had been damaged and required considerable force to open it. My wife was unable to open it to get out. Safety issue. Overall it appears that management/owners are not reinvesting in the facility. Things are broken and need fixing."

"The property was quite run down, and the room reeked of smoke. Upon checkout I mentioned the smell of the room, and she promptly refunded my security deposit (as I wanted to make sure I was not charged for that). The stay was fine, but it was quite obvious that the owner of the property doesn't do much upkeep. Breakfast was okay, nothing noteworthy, but adequate."
