"We came in for a weekend concert so we weren’t at the house much. When we were there, the house was very cozy and relaxing. Host was easy to get in contact with."

"We booked the opal suite. It was just as the pictures looked, except maybe even better! There are 2 units on each floor. Opal was on the top and we loved sitting in the little sun room in the comfy blue chairs. There is also a small couch but not big enough for sleeping (love seat sized). The checkin instructions with pictures via the virtual checkin desk were super helpful! The elevator worked without issues. Great location! We didn't have a problem getting parking on the street. Some noise...

"Beautiful"

"I booked a loft for a extra charge bc it had an upgraded bathroom and kitchen. My friend booked a 1 br unit. We got the same room... when i contacted them they told me the were all "technically" lofts. I explained my room matches the 1 br pictures and was the same as my friends room. Why was i charged more for booking the Loft? I got robotic responses not explaining ultimately telling me they appreciate my understanding. I was not understanding. Hey, if you overbook i get it. But be...

"This property is in a good location"

"Came to see family in the area and this was a nice place to sleep and have coffee in the morning. Very nice and will stay here next time we are in town"

"Upon arriving and checking in - our family was tired but once we saw the place we had so much energy. We enjoyed fishing , going to the beach & overall just relaxing. Our dogs enjoyed their stay as well. We enjoyed our conversation with the hosts. The property was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back!"

"Great easy spot to stay while in Savannah"

"Very well put together home in local neighborhood. Extremely happy with reservation. Fence in backyard provided very nice oasis."

"We were only in Savannah briefly for this trip but the flat was well maintained and comfortable. The host provided excellent communication and was super helpful. The bonus was the location within walking distance to the restaurants and shops we were interested it."

"The location was amazing! Steps from the park and walkable to so many wonderful places. We loved it and having a parking spot was a huge bonus! Rob was a great host and very responsive. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The only miss is that it is below grade and that was not clear in the listing or description. Not a deal breaker but we were in the back corner so if we opened the shades people could see in and we looked onto the parking area. We would still stay there again and would...

"This is a sweet escape for someone looking for place to rest heads at night. Local and amenable to all that it has to offer. Great and comfortable!"

"There is parking for 3 vehicles if they are not very large SUV’s or trucks. The deck area in the back is nice, but small, and sits next to the AC units. We might not have explored enough to understand the “artsy” part of the area."

"Had a wonderful stay. Near Forsyth and Kroger. Clean, comfortable, quiet :-)"

"Very charming place in a great location. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had all amenities. The host was responsive and accommodating. Truly felt like a vacation thanks to this spot!"

"The unit, the host and the setting were stellar. The only negative was from VRBO who touted onsite parking whereas reality was metered parking nearby which is dependent on time of day. Having said that loading and unloading is a breeze with the factors walk "alley" and the walk, no matter how far you have to walk is beautiful."

"As listed, the apartment is rustic but well-maintained. As the apartment is on the lower level, we experienced a great deal of noise from the residents living in the apartment above. The host was made aware of this and addressed the issue. It was a bit quieter for the rest of our stay. Also as listed, the central living space is the screened-in porch. The location is ideal. We were within walking distance of all the historical sights we wanted to visit. Parking was a breeze. When nearby street...
