The staff is amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful! The food there was great! Also had a nice sundown special every night on certain food. Will definitely recommend and will be back some day

Great place to enjoy a family weekend

Really nice hotel with very friendly staff. The room was great and being right at the marina and having the beach and restaurants on site make this property perfect for a family weekend trip.

The property definitely is the place to be for the beach and drinks. breakfast was delicious but lunch/dinner not worth it. room was dirty/poorly maintained for the price.

While our room was clean. The bathroom has definitely seen better days, we were missing a shower door, the “shower caddy” was old and gross. The shower head awful! As for the restaurant, food is so overpriced for bad quality frozen food. $34 for chicken tenders and a handful of French fries. Not to mention ALL the single use plastic they use for everything. They never answer the phone, and there is hardly anyone at reception. Bar and kitchen closed by 9 pm When we return, it won’t be at Ballards not for $600 per night That’s for sure!

Nice accommodations but beware, no customer svc

It was very clean and has a contemporary feel, but it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a human to speak with. They only have automated answering and their help menu is poorly designed. Email is the only option they offer. Hope you don’t run into a problem because there’s no one on their end who will help you solve it.

Very friendly, hospitable and attentive staff. The hotel is somewhat outdated and as it's a beach hotel, may be challenging to keep completely clean (sand). However, details could be better addressed. That said, the bed was very comfortable (though the cot provided for our third person was not really acceptable - it was truly a cot, not a rollaway bed). The staff was very nice, can't emphasize that enough.
