"Although the landlady did all what was possible, the description on Hotels.com of the accommodation offered was highly misleading. Firstly, it is not a hotel, so the reservations are not monitored, and thus our arrival at the doorstep of the house was completely unexpected. Despite the system accepting a booking online, you need to ring to check if anybody is home. There are simple rooms available in an annex building, which are basic (eg. no TV, or other comforts), it seemed suitable for summer...

"Not a very welcoming place. Faced with a significant travel delay I contacted them to advise of potential larrival but latest staff there would be was 10.30. No attempt to suggest a solution, but they could have if they wanted to. Fortunately I arrived in time. Of course I wanted dinner but no attempt to assist in advising where to go. Just a shrug of the shoulders. Just so rude."

"The staff here are really fantastic. Excellent communication prior to our arrival and they allocated the room early and left out key in a keysafe for our later arrival. The room was very comfortable and lovely and warm when it was storm Benjamin outside! The bathroom was very clean with a lovely hot shower. We enjoyed the breakfast overlooking the airfield prior to our departure. This hotel is very convenient for the motorway and local area. We will definitely be back as this is an ideal stop...

"Excellente expérience ! J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour faire une pause sur mon trajet Nantes → Bruxelles, que je ne pouvais faire d’une traite. Son emplacement est parfait : à deux pas de l’autoroute, mais assez éloigné pour éviter toute nuisance sonore. La chambre, rénovée récemment, n’a rien à envier à celles des hôtels de chaîne type Mercure (j’en ai testé certains bien moins confortables… pour un prix bien plus élevé !). "Room was good but lacked ventilation but it was a heatwave and staff gave me a fan. Toilet roll holder was damaged which I reported to staff. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good"
