"The rooms were huge, clean and nicely decorated. It had a boutique hotel vibe with the decor. The hallways had a really nice sweet floral smell as soon as you left the elevator, not overpowering but noticeable. The AC wasn't the best, it ran hotter than it was set. The breakfast was ok but only a few hot options, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. They did have yogurt, ceral and instant oatmeal packets. With certain restrictions it was not a lot of options. Overall excellent stay and very affordable. We will definitely add it to our list of places to return. "

"Overall the staff was polite, respectful and helpful...my only complaint was noise: loud guest in the hallway till midnight, high traffic volume on the nearby roadway and to top it off the fire alarm was triggered at 5 am on the morning of Nov 30th 2025 (think someone tried to make a waffle before the breakfast service began) anyway, the alarm continued to sound for quite some time (approx 20 mins). "

"The room was lovely, the bathtub was huge, and there was a microwave, sink, wine refrigerator, and dishes/utensils. The was nice outside sitting spaces with firepits. It is on the edge of Comfort, TX but still two blocks from the historic downtown area. We walked it easily."
