Room was clean. My only issue was having our 2 grandchildren and the television only had 3 or 4 channels you could see. Rest were snowy.

The girl at check in was wonderful! However, the chalet is very dated. The wood stove was not cleaned and needed more supplies to get it going. The mattress was old and uncomfortable as was the sofa.
