"A pleasure"

"I am so impressed with this hotel. Every staff member is so friendly and professional. The room was clean, comfy, quiet and the area is safe! They want that for their customers and you can tell. The breakfast is some of the best continental I have ever had at a hotel. There is a bar open till 12 which is genius because the front desk can serve basic things like wine, beer and liquor and soda. That was nice. The view was nice. And omg just so good. I will be back!!"

"Great place to stay"

"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel :) The staff are so incredibly friendly. My room was a great size, felt newly appointed and had floor to ceiling windows. It was so helpful to have the all day cafe and restaurant as well. Such a great location! I work in the industry and stay a quite a few hotels - i definitely recommend a stay here."

"My experience at The William Vale in Brooklyn was humiliating and deeply upsetting. All I wanted was to celebrate my husband’s birthday and enjoy a special night together. Instead, the hotel called the police on us, and we were told to leave without a clear explanation. "In any other location in the country this would be a $150/night motel. It was clean and it was quiet enough to sleep, but it’s super basic and there were multiple things broken or breaking in our room. I would have been very happy at $150/night, but at $300+ it was hard to swallow."

"I was so impressed with The Allen Hotel. This was my first time staying at this property and I had no idea what to expect. So, I was pleasantly surprised to see how beautifully decorated the lobby was wheni arrived about two hours before check in. The sitting area was very inviting as I waited for my room. The reception was very friendly and assigned me the most lovely room with a gorgeous balcony and an incredible view of FiDi and the Empire State Building! The room was very spacious and I...

"clean room and nice staff"

"コンパクトで狭い客室。洗面台などもとても小さくて狭いです。 ベット、床はいつも綺麗に清掃してくれます。 横の音は気にならないけど上の音は気になります。 バーはドリンクのみで食べ物は一切ありません。 お部屋にケトルは無いけれどもフロントで借りることができるので心配ないです。"
