"Overall very good experience and we would happily staff at the hotel again. The staff were helpful, friendly and were kind enough to give a free room upgrade also. We plan to return as it is perfectly located and short distance to the busier areas, and public transportation. The only reason for 4 star rather than 5 star is simply due to the inconvenience of having to pay for access to the spa and sauna area. This is only free for hotel guests at very limited hours early in the morning on certain weekdays only which isn’t ideal so worth noting for future. Overall, positive experience and would recommend."
