Staff was excellent and the hotel was very quiet and comfortable. "I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I really appreciated that they even found someone who could translate for me, which made communication much easier and showed how much they care about their guests. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and a great value for the price. Breakfast is included, which was a very nice bonus and made the mornings much more convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only thing to keep in mind is the location. It seems to be more convenient for locals, and if you're a tourist like me, some of the main attractions can be a little far away. However, this wasn't a big problem because you can easily use the train or bus to get around and explore the city. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience. Between the excellent customer service, helpful staff, included breakfast, and comfortable stay, I think this hotel is a very good choice. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to other travelers!"
