"Pros: Freundlicher, zuvorkommender Vermieter. Bei auftretenden Problemen, einfach ansprechen. Es wird kurzfristig gelöst. Ich war beruflich knapp 3 Monate dort und habe nichts zu beanstanden. Eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung. Fehlt nur noch der Blick aufs Meer. Die dort heimischen Vogelarten machen sich einen Spaß daraus, auf Autos zu ka..en. Es sind echte Spassvögel."

"Die Anzeige hat den Eindruck gegeben, es würde sich hier handeln um ein kleines Appartement. Nachdem alles gebucht und bezahlt war, wurde est mal klar, dass es sich nur um ein Zimmer handelte. Plötzlich lautete die Info auch, dass es Treppen gab. Auf unsere Frage zu tauschen mit einem Erdgeschosszimmer, wurde gesagt, dass alle Zimmer auf EG waren und es beim Eingang nur eine kleine Treppe mit 4 Stufen gab. Das waren aber 19 Stufen und die waten für unsere alte Hündin schwierig zu meistern und...
