"We loved this condo! It was perfect for our weekend stay for Ocean’s Calling. The host was extremely responsive, checkout instructions were clear and simple, and the place was super clean. Not a grain of sand was felt on my feet, even at a beach condo! 10/10 would stay again."

"We had a lovely time. Nice ocean view. Communication was good."

"The beach balcony was the best! Unit was clean and had kitchen amenities we needed. Host was communicative."

"Great property with beautiful view. Very clean and well stocked with nice towels and paper products. We have stayed at Golden Sands a number of times and it has everything you need. Host was pleasant."

"This is our 4th year staying here. We love it it's perfect for our needs."

"My husband & I stayed for a night after spending the day at Assateague State Park. Location is ideal as we walked to several shops then dinner at Blacksmith (highly recommend). Cute apartment but the bathroom is a tight fit (we are not large people). Plenty of outlets & lighting. Perfect for 1 or 2 nights. Great communication with the host!! We would stay again."

"You cant beat the view, location is perfect. On site facilities very good. Staff very helpful. A very good experience highly would recommend"

"Amazing location, central air is such a plus, refrigerator was great to have and got very cold for leftovers ! Be sure to note it’s 3 flights of stairs so elderly or young kids might be hard but was great for us since we knew ahead of time:) nice owners and enjoyed the early check in at 12 even most are 4pm. Recommend!"

"The best part of our stay was the location! Beautiful views of the ocean and the bay from every room. The ease of going back and forth from the room, the beach, and the pools (indoor and outdoor) made this stay truly worthwhile. We also utilized the court on property for tennis and pickleball. The staff were always friendly and helpful. It may be helpful to note that the location is far from the boardwalk - it’s about a 15-20 minute drive. Additionally, we had to purchase many small items that...
