"The motel was quiet and close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. The AC was set at 74 and you couldnt change the temperature. You dont pay for a motel for them to determine what temperature you are allowed to have it at. Pet friendly but there were ants in our room, and the smoke detector was chirping when we got there had to change the 9 volt battery myself."

"Air conditioner sounded like it had asthma it kept wheezing and coughing all night long and really did little to cool the room. I wasn't aware that smoke detectors are triggered by taking a hot shower! Came rushing out of bathroom covered in soap looking for a fire found an annoying smoke detector that wouldn't turn off. Staff response was I'll let maintenance know and than asked if I had taken a hot shower?"

"Breakfast area was exceptionally well maintained and staff was very accommodating and helpful. One of the best "included" breakfasts we have had. Exterior of property, particularly the hallway outside the rooms, could use some sweeping."

"The property was beautiful, the staff were all so welcoming and helpful! We were within walking distance of the entire town, it was a very relaxing stay!"

"Very convenient location and good price. Loved the knotty pine interior, Queen+Twin bedroom, large windows and bath tub. Nice helpful staff. Walk across the street to Walker Burger or there’s a cute coffee shop and park about 1/2 mile away."

"very nice place especially for the money. The fact they have a pool, especially during this heat wave is worth the price of the room alone. No complaints."
