"Incredible place to stay in Salzburg. Especially for a quick visit when travelling by train. Only problem I had was I couldn’t get the water in the shower to stop being way too hot on our last morning there. But, that could’ve easily been a user error and not the fault of the hotel. "Heizung funktionierte nicht, auf die Frage hin sollten wir selbst in den Heizraum gehen und etwas einstellen. Als Antwort wurde noch erwähnt Frau Holm sie sei eine allein Erziehende Mutter von 5 Kindern. Was das mit der Heizung zu tun hat habe ich nicht verstanden. Folgende Mängel sind noch zu beanstanden: ..."
