No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed.
No loud music at any time.
Respect building residents and community guidelines at all times — misuse of shared amenities may result in revoked access.
Guest Verification & Truvi
To help maintain a safe community and protect our property, we partner with Truvi, a third-party affiliate that offers guest screening and a damage waiver in place of a traditional security deposit.
Some reservations may be selected for Truvi verification. If selected, you’ll receive a secure link to complete a quick identity verification and authorize coverage.
Failure to complete Truvi verification or a “Not Approved” status may result in cancellation through VRBO.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree that your reservation may be subject to Truvi screening and that failure to comply may lead to cancellation in accordance with VRBO policies.
Guest Limits & Visitors:
Only the number of guests listed on your reservation are permitted.
Absolutely no unapproved visitors or additional guests are allowed on the property at any time.
Each additional unapproved guest is subject to a $50 per night per person fee and cancelation of the reservation.
All overnight guests (18+) must have a valid VRBO account with ID verification.
Use of Amenities:
Guests have access to the gym, pool, coffee/lounge room, and meeting spaces in accordance with building rules.
Absolutely no additional guests beyond those listed on the reservation are allowed to use the amenities.
If any unregistered or non-reservation guest is found using the pool, gym, lounge, or any other community facility, it will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Amenities are subject to building policies, and access may be revoked by management if rules are not followed.
Use of these facilities is at your own risk. The host is not responsible for any injuries or for closures of amenities during your stay.
TV & Streaming
Guests are welcome to log into their own apps and streaming accounts.
Cable and paid streaming subscriptions are not included.
Mail & Deliveries
Paper mail cannot be received at the property.
Packages (Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc.) are permitted during your stay.
Maintenance & Supplies:
All maintenance requests must be sent directly to the host, not building staff. We’ll coordinate with management promptly.
For stays longer than 7 days, initial supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, detergent, etc.) are provided, but guests are responsible for replenishment as needed.
Valet Trash Service
Valet trash pickup is available Sunday through Thursday.
All trash must be bagged securely and placed outside your door after 6:00 PM on pickup days.
Loose trash or items not in bags will not be collected.
Trash must be set in or on top of the can, no trash on the carpet.
Do not leave trash outside on non-pickup days or it will result in a $75 fine.
Keys, Access & Security
Guests must return the key fob to the lockbox and secure it upon checkout.
Lost key fob: $100 fee
Lost parking pass: $100 fee
After-hours lockout (outside 9 AM–5 PM, M–F): $75 service fee
Tampering with security equipment, including the doorbell camera, smoke detector, or WiFi devices, will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Cooking & Odor Policy
Please be considerate when cooking strong-smelling foods. Persistent odors requiring deep cleaning may incur an odor remediation fee starting at $300.
Examples include heavily spiced or fried dishes, fish, bacon, or curries.
Use proper ventilation (fan, open windows) when cooking.
Smoking Policy
No smoking or vaping indoors — including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cannabis, and vape devices.
A minimum $300 cleaning fee applies for violations.
Elevator & Access Notice
There is an elevator to the apartment floor. If it is temporarily out of service, guests must be prepared to use the stairs.
Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Unapproved late check-out: $75 per 30 minutes after 11:00 AM.
Liability & Enforcement
The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal property during your stay.
Violations of these rules may result in a $75 fine per infraction and/or immediate removal without refund.
By booking, you agree to abide by all house rules and building policies to ensure a safe, respectful environment for all residents and guests
