"We liked that the room is large, clean and that there is a lot of natural light. We disliked that there is a stair leading to a second floor/room that were weren't aware about. We were concerned of the guests upstairs accessing our apartment. Owner was responsive and gave us clarity, however these conditions weren't disclosed when we rented the space. The check in process (finding the apartment by pictures) was tedious and odd as was the shower in the apartment which only had a hand shower that...

"Very clean and nice unit! No way to communicate to property about noisy neighbors but other than that it was really nice and everything was in good condition."

"We booked the 2 bed flat for a week's stay to visit friends while we worked and attended a concert. The flat is newly renovated and in a great area. Close to restaurants, bars, buses and trains. Rooms were acceptable, beds comfortable and good pillows. The shower is great! However, some of the minuses include:One of the bedroom cupboards had a weird smell so nothing could be unpacked into it. ...had to ask for more towels..only gave 2 each for a week with no washing machine. Has a dishwasher but...

"This property is right in the think of a nice Berlin neighborhood, and only a few minutes walk from the Osrtkreuz train station. Comfortable, with the exception of a lack of TV, with the shower being a big plus - great water pressure, and very relaxing. Only issue we encountered was with the laundry, which requires a third party app, and separate payments. The washer stained a white shirt, and two full dry cycles didn't dry our clothes. Otherwise, an excellent stay, and I'd absolutely stay...

"Die Sauberkeit hat sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. In der Spülmaschine war dreckiges Geschirr. Bei der Ankunft hat der Putzmann auf der Wohnzimmer Couch geschlafen.Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb, die Anbindung mit dem ÖPNV ist jedoch sehr gut."

"Verbesserungsvorschläge: Stuhlbeine in der Küche defekt, ausbessern. Halterung Duschbrause defekt, erneuern. In der Beschreibung ist ein Balkon angegeben was nicht vorhanden war, besser aus der Beschreibung nehmen. Die Couch sieht sehr benutzt aus, intensive Reinigung. Ansonsten war alles Top."
