"Nice place to stay right in town. However there was an overall musty smell and one of our rooms had soaked carpet from the air. The staff was wonderful and moved us to a different room."

"We had an issue getting the door code due to internet connectivity when we arrived, but luckily, they had the foresight to have the phone number on a sign out front of the property. One call and we were set. The only other issue was the small shower, which wasn't ideal for washing the kids up, but we made do. Megan was very responsive to our questions, and that was much appreciated. The river was great, lots of turtles and crayfish or crawfish, and there were some big fish swimming in the river you can see from the deck. All things considered, we had a wonderful time, and I would definitely recommend the place."

"The room was very clean, cleaner than most hotels I've been too and very affordable too.... hotels want more to rent a room than this beautiful place that's got wonderful mountain views You have about every amenity you will really need which was an awesome touch. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The AC is cold and the room had a excellent quality flat screen smart TV. The linens were nice clean and soft as well.Wifi signal was excellent. I would love to continue calling this my home away from home when visiting family in Grundy."
