"My friend fell on the street during our stay, away from the property and actually broke 4 ribs. Your front desk and bar staff truly could not have been more kind and accommodating. They were able to provide items from a first aid kit, ice and a bucket as well as extra towels. We traveled through London, Manchester, York and Edinburgh on a trip lasting almost 2 weeks, and we can honestly say, Manchester stood out for the kindness and compassion of the townspeople. "Everything was wonderful with the exception of no air-conditioning or fans. Of course it was an unusual heat wave, but it would’ve made it a lot more comfortable. A small fridge would’ve been nice as well so we could keep our drinks cool. But the pub was great. breakfast was very nice and we had a wonderful time."

"Place is ok for what it is but what isn’t ok is the noise, people banging on room doors and running off! Get they do a lot of weddings but that should not be affecting the other guests staying there. Just constant noise, drink people and thud thud thud from music. The spa is inaccessible when a wedding is on due to kids!"
