"Hotel and room were clean, however WiFi was very spotty. It was there one minute and not the next. The worst critique is the check out process which needs significant work. I am used to just being able to walk out of a hotel on the day I'm checking out. At Levo you MUST go and talk to the front desk and then they will call for a room check. Then you have to wait for that to finish before you leave. I really do not understand this because they put a hold on your card for "expenses" so why the need to hold me hostage when I am rushing to leave to catch a plane???!!!"

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The place is immaculate and the staff is amazing. The pool is fun and relaxing. Breakfast is better than average and the location is close to shops, shopping centre and restaurants. It was supposed to be a one night stay but I ended up booking 2 more nights. The hotel is luxurious and aptly named The Monarch Hotel. I would love to stay here again in the future."

"I was expecting a hotel room as advertised. I was given a different place, a townhouse unit with a broken screendoor, defective hot water service, 2 cockroaches in the bathroom and a stinking drainage. I booked 2 rooms for two families. Two different booking numbers. When we arrived on the day, we were led to the townhouse unit and said that all of us would be staying in the same unit! Until I insisted that I booked for two separate rooms that they started looking for another unit for us. We were asked to wait for an hour as another room has just been vacated and cleaning was just being done! How did you arrive at a rating of 9.4 for this?"

"BE WARN, DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE PICTURES THAT YOU SEE, this place is horrible! In all the oh so many countries I've been to, I would say this is the worst place I've stayed. The first room that was given to me has a disgusting sink area. I woke up in the middle of the night with tons of flies and ants falling from the ceiling and hundreds more crawling on the floor. I hardly slept. When I was about to take a shower, there were hundreds more of ants crawling on the bathroom ceiling, it was so disgusting. I asked to change the room to which they charged me an extra $30. It was a bit decent but you can hear the people talking outside in the middle of the night. Also there were some live electrical wires exposed in the shower area, it was so scary. The next day, I had flea bites all over my body. I'm so glad I didn't have to stay another day. Do yourself a favor, spend a few extra money finding another place to stay if you don't want to ruin your vacation."

"Nice studio appartement, clean, easy to get a taxi, a few good restaurants nearby. And fairly close to parks such as Burnham Park Dragon Castle and Igorot Stone Kingdom. Good communication from the host. I would stay there again! "
